End-to-End Execution Process
We approach every roof cladding contract with systematic precision to ensure a zero-defect handover, strict deadline compliance, and complete structural safety.
1.Structural Assesment & Detailing:Phase 1.
Our engineering department analyzes structural steel drawings or conducts onsite measurements of the portal frames/purlins. We calculate wind load considerations, spacing margins, and dead-weight ratios to verify framing readiness.
2.Material Processing & Fabrication:Phase 2.
Cladding profiles are precision cut to exact lengths at our facility to minimize layout joints. All custom flashing accessories, barge boards, ridges, and internal/external rainwater gutters are fabricated to match the specific geometry of your building.
3.Strict Health & Safety Setup:Phase 3.
Before any worker steps onto the structure, we implement rigorous safety layouts including anchor lines, safety netting underneath the purlin layout, secure perimeter scaffolding, and full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) verification.
4.Precision Sheet Laying & Interlocking:Phase 4.
Cladding sheets are mechanically raised and laid against the prevailing wind direction. Panels are aligned with zero-tolerance tolerances, applying exact overlaps and fastening torques to avoid stripping threads while maintaining water-tight integrity.
5.Flashing, Trimming & Final Handover:Phase 5.
We install all custom flashings around roof penetrations (like vents or skylights) and eaves. A final comprehensive inspection is performed, testing seal seams and clearing the roof surface of metal swarf to prevent localized rust spots.
